Over the last 19 years we have collected an enormous amount of survey information and plats for the greater Houston and surrounding areas which expedites our work. All research, field work, and drafting is done by our staff. We have in house plat records of Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, and Galveston Counties for prompt response to our clients needs. We have established contacts in the surrounding counties for access to other plats and documents. South Texas has extensive experience in supplying survey services for small and large acreage tracts, apartment complexes, shopping centers, hospitals, office buildings, and industrial sites.
We have all of the National Flood Insurance Rate maps on file for use and reference for the above mentioned counties and can easily determine if a property is in a flood zone area. We can provide elevation certificates for the properties within the 100 year flood zone.
We use Autocad 2000 for drafting, as well as Microsoft Office 2000 for Metes and bounds verbiage. We are year 2000 compliant.
We carry complete insurance, general liability, automobile liability, excess liability, Workmen's Compensation and Error and Omissions.
